1Text Message Program

Program Description

Waliya Hair Braiding LLC sends text messages to people who agree to receive them. We use text messages to confirm appointments, send reminders, follow up after your visit, and share special offers when you have opted in to receive them.

How to Sign Up

You can sign up for text messages by entering your phone number in our booking form and checking the box that says you agree to receive texts from us.

Message Frequency

You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may change based on your bookings and activity.

To Stop

Reply STOP to any text message we send you. You will receive one final confirmation message. After that, we will not text you again.

To Get Help

Reply HELP to any text or call us at (850) 305-9840. We will help you right away.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Waliya Hair Braiding LLC does not charge any extra fees for text messages. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your carrier and signal availability.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years old or older to sign up for text messages from Waliya Hair Braiding LLC. By providing your phone number, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2About Our Business

Waliya Hair Braiding LLC is a hair braiding salon located in Crestview, Florida. We offer knotless braids, boho braids, box braids, French curly braids, Senegalese twists, miracle knots, micro braids, micro twists, cornrows, crochet braids, tree braids, and kids styles.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday.

3Use of Our Website

Our website is for people who want to learn about our services and book an appointment. You may not use our website to do anything that is illegal or harmful. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse content from our website without our written permission.

We may update, change, or take down any part of our website at any time without notice.

4Appointments

When you book an appointment, you are reserving time with a stylist just for you. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you.

Service times are estimates. Box braids, knotless braids and Senegalese twists take about 4 hours depending on length. Cornrows take a minimum of 1 hour and crochet braids a minimum of 2 hours, depending on the style.

5Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a fee. The deposit you paid to book your appointment is non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment.

6Pricing

All prices listed on our website are starting prices. Your final price may be different based on your hair length, thickness, and the style you choose. Your stylist will tell you the final price before starting. You will never be surprised with a higher price after the service is done.

• Additional charges may apply for very short or very thick hair.
• Additional charges apply when more than two hair colors are requested.

7Payment and Deposits

A deposit may be required to hold your appointment. That deposit goes toward your total. We use a secure third-party payment system. We do not store your card number.

8Hair and Materials

Braiding hair is included with all our services at no extra charge.

Curly hair is not included. Curly hair required for Boho, French Curly, and similar styles must be provided by the client.

Your hair must be clean and ready for service before your appointment. This means washed, detangled, and blow dried or stretched.

9Children's Services

Children's braiding services are available for children 9 years old and up. Our kids menu covers knotless braids, box braids, and Senegalese twists. A parent or guardian should remain available during a child's appointment.

10Results and Satisfaction

We do our best to give you great results every time. Hair braiding results can vary depending on your hair type, texture, and how you care for your braids after the appointment. We are not responsible for results that are affected by things outside our control, such as your hair type or care after the service.

11Photos and Social Media

We may take photos or videos of finished hairstyles to share on our website or social media. We will always ask for your permission before sharing your image. If you do not want us to take or share photos of you, just let us know.

12Liability

Waliya Hair Braiding LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that is not directly caused by our services. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in our salon. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Waliya Hair Braiding LLC is not responsible for any damages that go beyond the amount you paid for the service in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida.
